The research used inferential structural analysis to test hypotheses that included seven hypotheses, three for correlations, three for influence, and one for path analysis that explains the mediating relationship. Data was collected through an electronic questionnaire for a sample of employees in 8 digital companies, numbering 81 employees. The research used a set of statistical tools such as factor analysis, structural modeling, correlation and regression analysis, and path analysis. The research started from two main hypotheses, the first included the relationship between quality culture and excellent performance, and the second, the effects of quality culture on excellent performance, and the research adopted the descriptive approach. To reach its goals, the analysis was based on the questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of (30) people working in Zain Al-Abidine Hospital. Several statistical methods were used for statistical analysis and arriving at its results.
