Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

 

You will submit your paper in PDF format

  1. Without payment proof, we cannot review and publish the article.
  2. Papers are accepted for publication on the understanding that these contain original unpublished work, not submitted for publication anywhere else. We publish research articles in  English, Hindi, Marathi, and Sanskrit.
  3. For Devnagari, the article should be in Unicode or krutidev 10.
  4. You should send a declaration along with the article that it is their own, original and unpublished work that doesn’t violate the copyright act.



Points to be covered in the research paper:

  • Brief Biodata
  • Abstract
  • Problems
  • Significance
  • Scope And Limitation
  • Methodology
  • Statistics Used
  • Conclusions
  • Recommendation
  • References

Note: If any important point is absent, the article will be rejected

Conceptual Paper:

  • The paper should use reflective thinking
  • It should contain novel ideas/information
  • It should be of worldwide importance
  • Criticism of Ph.D. Research
  • Review of M.Phil. / Ph.D. Research

Style:

  • English: Font Size - 12 pt, Font Name - Times New Roman
  • The paper should start with an introduction and should end with a conclusion summarizing the findings of the paper.
  • If papers were presented/submitted in a conference/seminar or are minor/major research projects, this must be clearly mentioned at the bottom of the first page of the manuscript and the author should specify with whom the copyright vests.
  • Manuscripts including tables, figures, and references should be around 3000-4000 words for articles. 1000 words for book reviews


How To Submit:

  • Submit a soft copy of the article at submission@legfin.in
  • When submitting the paper the author must give a declaration that "The article has not been published or sent for publication".
  • There is no deadline for submission.
  • Please keep payment proof until to get a hard copy of the Journal.
  • If there are more authors, please mention what is the role of each author (i.e. Main Author and Co-author).

Fees

  • Submission Fees are 8550 INR for local authors online maintenance/processing  , Adding 1000 INR  per co authors , Adding 250 INR  per addition page more than 20 pages
  • Submission Fees are 170 $ for international authors online maintenance/processing ,Adding 25 $ per co authors , Adding 8$ per addition page more than 20 pages.

Abstract:
The abstract summarizes an article and it is useful for browsing the main ideas.

Keywords:
Keywords summarize, classify, evaluate or describe the important points of a text.

Review of Literature:
Places the work in context, restates the research questions and helps in formulating a hypothesis.

Method:
The method refers to the samples, measures, methods, observations, procedures, and statistical analysis that ensure the internal and external validity of the research work.

Integration:
Does the study provide a good test of the theory and hypothesis or sufficient empirical grounds for building a new theory?

References:
At the end of the article please mention all the references used to write your article. Also mention proper citations in the appropriate format.
