Quality Culture And Excellent Performance: Exploratory And Analytical Research At Zain Al-Abidin Hospital

Abstract

The research aims to identify the correlation between the two variables, quality culture and excellent performance, and their sub-variables, and to demonstrate the impact of the dimensions of quality culture on excellent performance. The research started from two main hypotheses, the first included the relationship between quality culture and excellent performance, and the second, the effects of quality culture on excellent performance, and the research adopted the descriptive approach. To reach its goals, the analysis was based on the questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of (30) people working in Zain Al-Abidine Hospital. Several statistical methods were used for statistical analysis and arriving at its results. The results showed that establishing a culture of quality among hospital employees contributes to achieving excellence in performance, and that a culture of quality can be enhanced by adopting its dimensions of encouraging innovation, benefiting from employees’ creative ideas, focusing on beneficiary satisfaction, and supporting a sense of belonging for hospital employees by creating an environment suitable for work.
