This research explores the impact of organizational happiness on competitive advantage, highlighting the increasingly recognized role of employee well-being in driving business success. By synthesizing existing literature and conducting empirical analyses, the study investigates how a culture of happiness influences productivity, employee retention, and innovation within organizations. We employ a mixed-methods approach, utilizing quantitative and qualitative surveys to measure happiness levels and qualitative interviews to capture employee sentiments. The sample consisted of 102 Malaysian Airlines employees. .The findings reveal a significant correlation between high organizational happiness and enhanced competitive advantage, characterized by improved performance metrics and a stronger employer brand.
