The Mediating Role Of Knowledge Strategy Between Knowledge Management Systems And Organizational Performance: An Applied Study In Industrial Institutions In Venezuela
Abstract
The research aims to study the mediating role of knowledge strategy in enhancing organizational performance by analyzing the relationship between knowledge management systems and institutional performance outcomes. The research problem stems from the challenges facing institutions in achieving integration between knowledge and business strategies to improve efficiency and innovation, as the study raises a main question about how knowledge strategy affects this relationship as a mediator. The study was conducted on a sample of 150 employees from the upper, middle and executive management levels in a number of industrial institutions in Venezuela. The study used various statistical methods, including multiple regression analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the role of the mediator, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to test the differences between variables, in addition to the Cronbach's alpha test to verify the reliability of the measurement tools. The study concluded that knowledge strategy plays a crucial role in enhancing the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance, as the results showed that effective integration of knowledge strategy can contribute to improving innovation, operational efficiency and increasing the competitiveness of institutions.
