Article Review: The Talent War As Strategic Motives For Discovering The Relationship Between Talent Management And High Performance

Abstract

The world is witnessing a major war called the talent war all over the world. In light of the increasing digital transformation and technological progress, the demand for talented people has increased significantly in order to keep pace with change and achieve improved performance. Organizations are now seeking to attract and retain distinguished competencies in order to enhance their performance. Talent management has become a major role in stimulating creativity and innovation, developing new ideas and providing innovative solutions, which is positively reflected in enhancing performance. This article review aims to identify the cognitive contributions in the field of achieving high performance by adopting talent management. Five related researches were reviewed and the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon. The research terms were identified and then the most important results and conclusions reached by previous research were identified. One of the most important conclusions is that dealing with the talent war requires creative and innovative strategies in order to manage talent to achieve high performance. The success of any organization depends largely on how it manages its talents, as investing in talented individuals contributes to achieving sustainable results and enhances the organization's ability to compete in the labor market.
