The Impact of Remote Work on Family Dynamics During COVID-19

Abstract


This study explores how the shift to remote work affected household roles and family relationships. Using surveys and in-depth interviews with families in urban areas, it finds increased stress for working mothers, evolving paternal roles, and new opportunities for work-life integration.
